Orders & Payments
Zakariya 1881 units sold in the Website are shipped internationally from Israel via UPS door to door within 7 days of payment clearance, to the address provided by you during purchase. Shipping costs are included in the price of the product. Taxes that may apply upon delivery would be paid by the recipient.
Electronically sighed invoice and shipment tracking numbers are sent by e-mail upon shipment with printed copies thereof enclosed with the shipment.
Payments are handled and cleared via third-party clearing service and are subject to the terms and conditions thereof. We do not collect or retain any credit card details.
Cancelation & Returns
We reserve the full right to deny and/or cancel any order within 5 days of its placement, for any reason whatsoever. Should we cancel your order we will notify you about the cancelation by
e-mail to the address you provided when you ordered the product and fully refund you.
You may cancel your order and return a product you bought on the Website within 14 days of receipt thereof and receive a refund, provided that:
- Its authenticity seal has not been broken, torn or removed and it has not been used and was not placed in water; and
- It is retuned in its original, intact package; and
- It is returned with a printed copy of its purchasing invoice you received from us; and
- You have paid for the full costs of return shipment by a postal / delivery / currier service and that service provided you with a shipment tracking number.

Refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal® account used to pursues the returned Spiral™ within 5 business days of its receipt by us.
REFUND FOR CANCELATIONS OR RETURNS MADE BY YOU, ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELATION FEE OF 5% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER.
Warranty
Zakariya 1881 products comes with a lifetime warranty for craftsmanship. We will replace any product found to have manufacturing defects free of charge and without any time limit.
The costs of the return shipment will be borne by the purchaser. To invoke the warranty, please contact us so we can arrange for the return of the faulty products.
Limitation of liability and period for bringing claims
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we, our affiliates, employees, agents, suppliers, and/or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of the Content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence or otherwise, even if the liable party has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of us and our employees, agents, suppliers and/or licensors relating to the Spiral™ and/or the Website will be limited to an amount no greater than the amounts actually paid by you to us. The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or failure of its essential purpose.
It is also agreed and stipulated that all claims must be made within 18 months after the event(s) giving rise to a dispute occurs and any and all claims not made within this limitation period would be considered waived, null and voided.
Intellectual property rights
“Intellectual Property Rights” means all present and future rights conferred by statute, common law or equity in or in relation to any copyright and related rights, trademarks, designs, patents, inventions, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off, rights to inventions, rights to use, and all other intellectual property rights associated and/or may be associated with the Content or the Products, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection and any other results of intellectual activity which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world.
This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by us or by any third parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with us. The Content, including, without limitation, any text, images, graphics, logos, layouts, designs, audio, and/or video are or may be copyrighted works and/or trademarks or registered trademarks and/or designs or registered designs of Yossef Zakariya or its licensors. Your use of the Website and Content does NOT grant you any right or license to display, reproduce, link, embed, or otherwise use or create derivatives any part thereof.
